Welcome to rent a fully equipped holiday home in Sandhamn / Torhamn 200 m from the sea, outside Karlskrona in Blekinge - SWEDEN'S SOLIEST PLACE! The house has been partially renovated in 2017 with a new bathroom.

Comfortable house in a relaxing environment! Lush large beautiful garden for play and games surrounded by stone walls. 1.5-story house located along a road leading to the sea. Sea view. Sun position on the front of the house.

There is much to do in the surroundings. The property owner is happy to advise on nice excursions, attractions, experiences, swimming, restaurants etc. and in the house there is tourist information to get.

Most of our tenants, however, usually appreciate most relaxing, taking walks, going out in the archipelago and relaxing on the village's fine beaches. You are in Sweden's sunniest place according to national measurements.

Surroundings: Walking or cycling distance to the fine bathing resorts Petersvik and Gisslevik, ICA supermarket, harbor café Café Måsen, Sail Inn restaurant, surf school in Petersvik, archipelagos Vittus o Ungskär, fishing tourism eg rent a boat (see Sandhamn Marine), Torhamn cape birding station, hiking Torhamn pizzeria, tennis court etc. To the World Heritage City of Karlskrona you can go by archipelago boat or bus (bus stop about 100 m from the house). Stay at Sandhamn house

Really enjoyed our stay in this very nice house. The host Lars was very pleasant and offered us advice on where to go in the local area. He also lent us 3 bikes so we could explore the lovely cycle routes. We had a very good holiday in this lovely, quiet part of Sweden.

Es war alles vorhanden in der Küche-sogar ein Mixer.Wasser steht im Keller,aber auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter ist das im Sommer immer so.Wir haben gut geschlafen und den Garten zum Essen und Boccia spielen nutzen können.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Mysigt gammaldags hus där allt man behöver finns. Det fanns även vissa basvaror och toa/hushållspapper samt aktuella broschyrer om vad man kan hitta på i området. Vi fick även fina tips från värden Lars.Nära till havet, betande kor och trevlig restaurang i hamnen i Sandhamn. Vi badade också mycket på badplatsen i Torhamn (Petersvik tror jag det hette) som går enkelt att gå till eller köra bil (bra parkering precis vid badplatsen). Många vackra trädgårdar i området med rosor förhöjde upplevelsen. Lugnt område. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka.

Schönes Häuschen in Schärennähe

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in de Gegend unterwegs, um ein wenig die Schären zu sehen und Karlskrona kennenzulernen.Das einzige, was man vermissen könnte, ist die Spülmaschine. Da wir aber nur 4 Tage dort waren und hauptsächlich unterwegs, konnten wir auch gut ohne auskommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, sehr gut erreichbar, wohnt in der Nähe und hat auch Tipps für Ausflüge parat. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schön gelegen, einfache Unterkunft, sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem schönen, einfachen Landhaus nahe der Ostsee. Die Unterkunft ist toll, sehr ruhig gelegen und einfach aber funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit total 4 Betten in normaler Grösse, ein kurzes Doppelbett für Kinder (bis ca. 1.25 m Körpergrösse) im Flur im OG (verdunkelbar) und 1 Bett in der Stube (nicht verdunkelbar). Das Bett in der Stube haben wir ins Schlafzimmer im EG verschoben, was für uns praktischer war. Das Haus steht auf einer grossen Wiese mit Fussballtor, was unsere Kinder sehr genossen haben. In der Nähe gibt es einen Laden (ICA Torhallen, 10 Min. zu Fuss) und daneben eine Pizzeria. Ein grösserer Supermarkt und eine Apotheke befinden sich in Jämjö. Lars hat uns sehr nett empfangen und stand während des ganzen Aufenthaltes bei Fragen zur Verfügung - wirklich aussergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend!

Für Familien zu empfehlen

Nettes historisches Häuschen, welches an vergangene Tage erinnert. Es bietet viel Platz und alle alltagshelfer die man im eigenem Heim auch gerne nutzt. Toll ist der große Garten für die Kinder zum spielen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und unkompliziert. Tolle Gegend, nette Menschen. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die wenigen wirklich sehr kleinen Strände.

Idyllischer Natur-Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt im angegebenen Objekt war sehr gemütlich, ursprünglich und erholsam. Das Haus war sauber, gut ausgestattet mit modernem Bad, und sehr ruhig gelegen.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Ein einfaches Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Man läuft ca. 20 Min. zum Hafen nach Tornhamn, wo man baden gehen kann und es auch ein gemütliches Café gibt. Von dort kann man im Sommer mit dem Schärenschiff die vorliegenden Inseln bereisen. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es auch einen kleinen ICA, wo man alles Nötige einkaufen kann. Im Ferienhaus gibt es ein Schlafzimmer für Eltern, davor ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelstockbett, welches allerdings nur für Kinder bis 1,50m gut geeignet ist. Unser 13jähriger Sohn konnte gerade so drin schlafen. Im unteren Kinderzimmer gleich neben der Küche gibt es ein Doppelstockbett, wo auch große Kinder reinpassen (unsere 14jährige hat hier geschlafen ;-). Im Wohnzimmer steht auch noch eine komfortable Liege, wo unser 17jähriger Sohn drauf geschlafen hat. Allerdings ist es ein Durchgangszimmer zur Küche und zur Küche befindet sich keine Tür. Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man mitbringen. Waschmaschine war uns wichtig. Sie steht im Keller. Im Schuppen stehen 2 Fahrräder, die wir auch genutzt haben. Bei einem war die Luft beim Hinterrad nach einem Tag wieder runter. Aber nach kurzer Information an den Vermieter Lars hat er es gleich repariert :-). Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und das Ferienhaus für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend.

altes Häuschen - gut gepflegt!

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern in dem Haus und uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und es gibt viel Platz zum spielen, sogar ein Fußballtor und Laufrad waren im Garten vorhanden. Das Haus ist schon älter aber alles wirklich sehr gut gepflegt und vor allem sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Oldy but Goldy

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus der Familie Nilsson war sehr erholsam. Das Haus selbst scheint in der Zeit stehengeblieben zu sein. Es ist charmant, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles Nötige ist vorhanden (Waschmaschine, Klimananlage z B). Küche ist vollausgestattet, abwaschen tut man selbst. Der Herd ist mit Kindersicherung (ich musste auch fragen wie das geht😅). Achtung es ist ein Holzhaus und sich nachts aus dem obigen Kinderzimmer zu schleichen funktioniert nicht😅 Wir waren zu dritt, unser Kind ist fast 4. Ich würde sagen für bis zu 3 Erwachsenen oder 1 Familie mit bis zu 4/5 Kindern ist es ausreichend. Man muss wissen das nicht alle Schlafgelegenheiten Türen haben oder ausreichend verdunkelnde Rollos. Sehr sehr guter WiFi Empfang. Der Garten hat Obstbäume (Äpfel und Kirsche) die Ende Juni aber naturgemäß noch nicht reif waren. Sehr ruhige Umgebung (wir kommen selber vom Dorf, aber die Ruhe hier ist kein Vergleich). Über den gegenüberliegenden Trampelpfad gelangt man fix zum Hafen, mit dem Rad (2 Räder sind hier vorhanden) ist man nach kurzer Tour beim Supermarkt und Pizzeria und beim kleinen Sandstrand. 30-60 Minuten mit dem Auto sind diverse Ausflugsziele (kleiner Freizeitpark für Kinder bis zur Grundschule, Karlskrona mit diversen Stränden und lohnenswerten Marinemuseum für alle Altersklassen). Herr Nilsson informiert auch umfassend (oder warnt vor Unwetter) und beantwortet auch alle Fragen. Kurzum wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.😊

Der Vermieter Lars hat uns zum Check-in sehr unkompliziert den Schlüssel einfach im Haus hinterlegt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, es war sehr sauber.
