2 Double Bed Mini Efficiency Bedroom with 2 Burner Mini Stove Top, Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach front is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you jumped off the balcony you would land in it (not recommended). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Improvements

Getting clean linen and towels was difficult. You have to leave dirty ones outside your door and then call the front desk and tell them what you left and they bring you exactly what you left outside. You only got one roll of toilet paper at a time. I can only guess this was for health reasons.
