We really enjoyed the super large and cosy bedroom, as much as the modern bath and the large shower in the bathroom :) Friendly staff, good location in the heart of the city center, and really close to a Q-Park parking. The city was a bit quiet when we were there, but small, walkable and pretty charming. Highly recommended hotel. Go for a deluxe room, you won't regret it :)

The hotel was awesome. Great facility. Awesome staff. Central in the town. Nice breakfast. Clean. Large room We were going to the Tongeren market and it’s right in the center. It exceeded all expectations.

Very mediocre experience. The “deluxe room” did not have the amenities described in the description; no bath robes, slippers, even not enough toilet paper (when asked for these the night manager didn’t have the key to the stock). The lobby and the breakfast room were nice but the room itself would need refurbishing. At the breakfast we were supposed to have a table with our name on it - was not the case. No croissants at the breakfast. The location is good right in the centre but the hotel should be way better managed. Now we were left with the feeling that everything was a bit amateurish.

We have stayed here many times and enjoyed it. My only complaint is: If you advertise your breakfast is served until 12:00 Sunday Then don’t start putting the buffet away 45 minutes early. We have experienced this on more than one occasion and we’re quite disappointed.

Also zuallererst mussten wir eine Administration fee zahlen, welches nochmal on top auf den Hotelpreis kam (5,40€ pro Nase) und die Touripauschale von 4,35€ pro Nase, von der wir bei Expedia darauf hingewiesen wurden. Hm… transparent geht anders. Betten waren solala: zwei Einzelbetten zusammen gestellt, so dass wir nicht wirklich nebeneinander schlafen konnten. Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage hat gar nicht funktioniert und man hörte jeden Gast, der über den Flur oder über unserem Zimmer ging. Also nicht wirklich zu empfehlen:( Frühstück war ok, nichts auszusetzen…

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Milch für die Nespressomaschine war sauer und die Maschine nicht gereinigt (alte Pads). Außerdem waren Pflegeprodukte leer. Leider hat es auch noch an 3 Stellen reingeregnet. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr geräumig und außergewöhnlich eingerichtet. Insgesamt bewerten wir den Aufenthalt mit okay.

Bin nach 3 Stunden Fahrt im hotel angekommen, Rezeption hat erstmal auf sich warten lassen bis er nach 10 Minuten kam, total unfreundlich und inkompetent, dachte wäre Azubi. Nachts im zimmer konnte man nicht schlafen wegen gehämmer und bohren. War einfach eine schreckliche Nacht Niemals wieder

Prettig verblijf

Grote kamer, goed koel en warm te krijgen. Bij aankomst en vertrek en tijdens ontbijt aardig personeel. Gratis drankjes tussen 17.00 u en 21.00 u doet gezellig aan. Uitzicht op het plein, toen wij er waren geen overlast. Vervelend: mogelijkheid tot reserveren van ontbijttafel door andere gasten. Hierdoor was er nauwelijks plek, terwijl wij tijdens ons ontbijt de gereserveerde tafels niet werden gebruikt. Douchekraan ingewikkeld, hierdoor verspil je onnodig water.

Prettige verblijfplaats.

Perfecte ligging, in het centrum. Betaalbare parkeergarage dichtbij en het is heel stil in de avond/nacht. Perfect voor de nachtrust. De kamer was wel fris en moeilijk warm te krijgen, omdat dat gaat via airco die heel hoog hangt.... warmte blijft dan hoog hangen en verwarmt niet de kamer.

Auf den Fotos sah alles ordentlich aus,für den Preis erwarte ich mehr Sauberkeit, der Teppich ist schon fast eklig mit den ganzen Flecken, die Rezeption ist so gut wie nie besetzt, wenn ,dann ist das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Hotelbar hat eine kleine Karte dort muss man erst telefonisch Personal anfordern. Das Frühstück mit über 20 Euro war viel zu teuer für das Angebot. Es wurden zwischenzeitlich auch keine Teller eingesammelt. In der Stadt bekommt man günstiger und vor allem besseres Frühstück.Die Nähe zum Antikmarkt ist genial .
