Un lugar muy agradable que debe cuidar detalles

En general bien, solo que no había agua fría en el lavabo, solo caliente no hubo suficiente agua caliente en la regadera para 3 baños y faltan cobijas extras , no sirve la estufa aunque no la requerí. ya que la zona es fría...deben mejorar su mantenimiento de cuidar esos detalles, ya que la estancia en general es muy agradable, el check out se tardó porque no había nadie en la recepción....

Y solo fue una noche

La limpieza del hotel bien (no excelente pero bien si), no me gusto que el estacionamiento este fuera del hotel y que no haya mucho lugar,las camas parecen de Anita la huerfanita, lo peor fue que cuando regresamos en la noche al hotel no hay nadie en recepción y por mas que toques su timbre no atienda nadie, eso sin contar que los de la cabaña de al lado se aventaron tremenda fiesta de reguetón hasta las 5 de la mañana y nadie les dijo nada, creo hasta pleito hubo, probablemente hubiera sido distinta la historia si hubiera personal de recepción o alguien que estuviera al pendiente, que lastima la cabaña era agradable.

Bonitas y funcionales cabanas en el area de Avandaro, con tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, comida rapida, renta de vehiculos recreacionales, todo en la misma calle.

En general muy bien. Se requiere más frazadas ya que el clima se vuelve demasiado frío en la madrugada. Y la alberca necesita más mantenimiento.

Agradable lugar mala atención

El lugar es bonito, está bien ubicado y es seguro, lo negativo es el personal, nuestra cabaña tenía un problema en la chapa y nunca fueron a solucionarlo nosotros lo tuvimos que hacer, y lo peor es que salimos a cenar y al regresar nos encontramos con la puerta principal cerrada y no había nadie en la recepción para abrirnos tuvimos que esperar por más de 1 hora en la calle.

Perfecto para relajación, cabe señalar que nos cambiaron a otra zona distinta a la que aparece en las fotos, pero sin duda más cómoda y sin ruido, ya que a lado del primer lugar donde estábamos hay mucho ruido de motores. Lo malo es que no hay internet wifi.

Lugar lindo pero son son dos condominios distintos

Las cabañas de las fotos son en el condominio dónde está la recepción, ojo a la hora de reservar porque dependiendo de la ocupación te pueden enviar a otro condominio que queda a 3 km cuesta abajo y si no vas en carro se convierte en una pesadilla porque para ir a la tienda tienes que regresar esos mismos 3 km hacia arriba hasta el pueblo. En general las cabañas están súper lindas y ambos condominios están súper cool, solo toma en cuenta la ubicación

Creo que les falta mejorar la calidad de los colchones y ropa de blancos en general, ademas, como el clima es muy humedo, todo huele a humedad. por lo demas, la limpieza, la ubicacion, y amabilidad muy bien.
