We were so close to Sky Tree, which made it very convenient for shopping, restaurants and train access. Check in and check out was super easy. The hosts communicated well. I also needed a very last minute late check out which they accommodated for a small fee. I was so grateful. I loved the chordless iron! The premises itself is fit for purpose, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Drying washing took some creativity…but with four adults we kept on top of it.

Overall the stay is good for its location, walkable to Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage skytree station. But the walkway is pretty squeezy, and we didnt had space to put our luggages, so mine was in the walkway, my bro one was in the room (with kitchen). Have a suggestion to install handrail for the shower area, would be good to hold onto something as we climb out of the bathtub. But overall i had a good sleep, aircon and heater works well too. Thank you!

Location is great near the Tokyo Skytree/Solamachi and the train station. The host is friendly and can speak English. There is a small elevator to get to the upper floors. The rooms are somewhat small especially maneuvering with large luggage for five adults but manageable. There is only one bathroom but the toilet is separate and there is an extra sink in the kitchen area. With five adults, we made it work so we did not mind. We enjoyed the dining area and lightly used the kitchen for the six nights we stayed. The table comfortably seated all five of us and the kitchen included all of the necessary equipment such as microwave, stove, pans, mini fridge and eating utensils. AC works great and beds are comfortable as well. There is a washer/dryer in unit but the dryer is not powerful enough to dry a load of clothes. We ended up hanging our clothes after washing. Great positive experience.

Great accomodation for a few weeks in Tokyo

We really liked the accommodation. Having the use of the kitchen and washing machine was excellent. The staff at the bar Downstairs were lovely. The location as great. A nice quiet place to stay for a more lengthy stay in Tokyo. So close to public transport.

Great for Families in Tokyo

A nice little apartment hotel with convenient access to the Tokyo Skytree. Reception isn't always there (they show up at 10am, which is checkout time, but it didn't seem like they were there every day), but the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's pretty much what you see in the photos. Enough space for a small family to get some distance from each other, and all the necessities for cooking and microwaving and storing food. For the price, if you don't want to be in the same room as your kids, it's hard to beat.

Best stay in Tokyo

The hotel itself is very minimalistic but modern - we loved the design of it. The room has everything we need, although we would have loved to have another mirror other than the one in the bathroom. It is also very clean and cosy for the 5 of us. One thing that is exceptional though, is the service. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. Also, the hotel is very near to the Oshiage station, convenient to go to places around Tokyo. There is a family mart 2 minutes away, and if you'd like to enjoy some drinks, it has a nice bar on the 1st floor. Overall, we had the most pleasant stay & would definitely come back to stay again!

Smi:re stay is awesome!!

Great location. Beautiful staff! So clean and comfy. We had the best stay with our family of five. Was a tiny bit of a struggle with our wheelchair due to space with the lift (But only minor) the rooms are a great size. I would absolutely love to come back. It was fantastic!!!

Friendly owner and his staff have a good command of the English language. Run a small cafe for coffee and hot dinner. Everything is organized and you'll be able to get what you need. It's near to the metro station entrance and the main shopping center requires a 10-min walk. The main Oshiage station allows you to travel to the main districts in Tokyo.
