The front desk folks were very rude and literally grabbed my phone out of my hand when they couldn’t find my reservation by name. Then once we got to our room the surfaces were literally coated in dust. They do not keep this place clean and there are way better areas in Tokyo to stay. Do not recommend.

I like how it was downtown Shinjuku where it is convenient. My hotel room was very dirty. The carpet had stains, the side of my bed feels very used. It felt dusty and grimy. I would not stay again.
