Of all 4 hotels I stayed at in Japan on my 2 week trips from the Gracery in shinjuku to the Oriental in Kyoto The APA was by far the best! The bed was the most comfortable and the staff was so friendly and easy to work with! It's a little loud at night which is to be expected in Shinjuku so as long as you have headphones you'll be fine!

For a few days of staying: I recommend it. Clean room. Reliable staff (who helped fix my toilet after a quick call and a fix), best part: they even helped me warm up and store my luggage till I checked in. Now that is amazing customer service. Also was nice that they had a guard at the lobby for safety

Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and met all our needs. The under-bed storage made it easy to store our luggage. The staff were very helpful, kind, and respectful, and clean towels and bathroom amenities were provided daily. Limousine bus (fto and from Haneda) dropped us off and picked us up literally a few steps away from the hotel! GREAT LOCATION!!!
