Stayed for the night before my flight out of Tokyo and this property worked perfectly for what I needed. Two metro stops nearby (although important to note, no elevator at Samezu if you have luggage). Great department store nearby as well as a 7/11 and McDonalds if needed. Apartment was very clean and spacious and had what I needed for my stay, check in was easy and host was very accommodating and let me know I could check in early at 1pm which I utilized. Would recommend, especially for anyone wishing to be closer to the airport or farther outside the city.
