Great location and a nice setup for couples, with each room having a separate bathroom and toilet. Unfortunately, an unauthorized staff member entered our private rental without any notice or permission, which was a serious invasion of our privacy. Even more concerning, management could not tell us who entered and repeatedly ignored our requests for clarification, blaming the delayed response on the holiday. We did not receive an explanation until hours after checkout. Completely unacceptable.
