Scenic Summit is located in Todd, NC - conveniently situated between Boone & West Jefferson. This log cabin home offers long range views and close-in pastoral views from a quaint wooded area. Make cherished memories while you enjoy the mountain views from the rockers on the front porch. For our nature enthusiasts, there is a wooded walking trail accessible from the backyard.
When you walk through the threshold into the main level, you are greeted by the living area with a stone wood burning fireplace, smart TV equipped with YouTube TV, open kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen supplies you might need.
Continue on to the main level suite that offers a queen size bed, Smart TV, full bath off the bedroom, and easily accessible laundry closet with washer and dryer.
Follow the staircase up to the open 2nd bedroom loft area. The open loft offers a bunk bed set with a queen-sized bed and a twin bed. Cozy up for the night by watching 3rd TV with Smart DVD Player. There is a half bath attached to this lofted bedroom for your convenience.
Exterior building behind the cabin offers a ping pong table for more family fun.
Take in the peaceful views from both the front & back covered porches which offer exterior seating. Take in the tranquil wooded setting, you may even see various wildlife enjoying this peaceful setting along with you!
The cabin sits on a beautiful, wooded lot with an inclined gravel driveway. We recommend AWD/4WD. For the driver who has experience on gravel, the driveway is navigable with front wheel drive under normal weather conditions.

Secluded and perfect!
What an adorable cabin tucked away at the top of a mountain. The views, the cows, the wood burning fireplace, it was exactly what we needed for a relaxing long weekend. It was clean, cozy and had most everything we needed. Short drive to West Jefferson, Boone and lots of hiking. We plan to come back and maybe even bring the kids the next time!
