The space
As you step into the house, you'll be struck by the warmth and coziness of the living room. Sink into the plush sofa and pop on the 75" TV. The house boasts Gigabit internet available throughout the house for all your online needs.

Just off the living room, you'll find the dining room, a spacious and inviting area with ample seating, easy access to the kitchen, with arcade games to play.

The backyard deck is perfect for entertaining and features a BBQ, fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating. The home is just a short walk from serene community lake.

4 Bedrooms are located on the second floor with two bedrooms equipped with wall mounted TVs for your leisure. Stay nice and cozy in the bed and watch your favorite shows.

Pros: Spacious home, downstairs was well decorated and cozy, nice kitchen and dining area .great sound system. Large bedrooms, close to the trails. Can accommodate large groups. Lots of beds.Host did respond right away when we had an issue with their cleaner.Cons: Master bedroom was plain , no sitting area. Huge room, but felt empty. Walking closet had a dirty mattress propped in there . One of my kids sheets had a stain in it . Linen was old and dingy. Cleaning person showed up while we were still packing up to leave, and was extremely rude. Told us we had 10 minutes to wrap up.Host did respond and asked him to leave. Overall, I enjoyed the area and the house, but they should update and decorate the master bedroom and bathroom, get fresh linens and get rid of their obnoxious cleaning guy.

Typically, Vrbo is my preferred choice for family vacations, and I generally have positive rental experiences. Unfortunately, this recent stay fell short of expectations, especially considering the 250 cleaning fee included in the rental price. It's clear that this fee was not utilized for its intended purpose, as we ended up cleaning the property ourselves.Upon arrival, the property's exterior appeared neglected; the grass was uncut, and the overflowing trash cans offered minimal space for our refuse. Entering the home, we were met with a strong, unpleasant mildew odor. Inside, several issues were immediately apparent: the downstairs bathroom floors were sticky, and a robot vacuum was found unplugged and haphazardly placed.These initial observations necessitated a trip to purchase cleaning supplies. During our cleaning, we discovered dirty toilet bowls, grimy shower corners, and mildewed shower curtains in the upstairs bathroom. The shower head also screamed and leaked when at full pressure. While three televisions were a positive, one bedroom TV was non-functional.The host was responsive and courteous, but most issues couldn't be resolved within our two-day stay. Further minor inconveniences included significant lag with the downstairs TV remote and a finicky keyless entry system that required multiple attempts to unlock, despite my familiarity with the same model.While the overall space had potential, these numerous deficiencies significantly impacted our comfort

Spring Break

Great place! Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was nice and stocked with everything down to an air fryer and blender. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available with any questions.
