We found it fine at the hotel from the reception desk, all the staff is very friendly. The area is wide with some amenities, like a pool table and the restaurant. The parking in the basement has plenty car space. All the hotel is clean, neat and updated. The rooms not very big but they are comfortable with wood bedding, fluffy pillows, and a well equipped bathroom. I recommend this place to anyone that needs to be in this area.

This is a former City Express with a new and improved management. The staff is very kind and willful to solve any situation. Rooms are Ok, Internet access is also good. The courtesy breakfast is really good and they try to vary along the week. There's a convenience store at street level. The only odd could be the elevators are kind of small and very busy during the afternoon as there is a very concurred gym at the mezzanine. This hotel surpass the near One Hotel and even the old and worn Fiesta Inn. These two have something to learn from MX.

The breakfast the morning of August 2nd gave me terrible food poisoning that I had to deal with on my flight back home and the days afterwards. It completely ruined my experience traveling back home and I am hesitant to book with this hotel again due to the food poisoning I received.

The staff is very friendly i speak Spanish a little bit but they were very helpful in translating for me specially the lady from the reception Blanca very sweet lady and thanks to carol the housekeeper for the good maintenance of the room v nice options for the breakfast, lot of shopping center closed by and food store i will come back in Mexico soon i will definitely book the same hotel.
