This coastal pad is primely located just off Main Road and comfortably sleeps six guests within three bedrooms. Featuring an eat-in chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, an outdoor grilling area, an outdoor shower, a wraparound covered veranda, a private beach, deep-water mooring, and a 50-foot pier with a two-slip dock — this private 1930s home has everything you need for a quintessential Rhode Island getaway. Plus, she’s just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Tiverton Yacht Club.
The first floor offers an en-suite bedroom with access to the covered deck, a living room with a stone fireplace, and a laundry room. The second level contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom is oceanside with gorgeous views, hardwood floors, a walk-in closet, and an updated bathroom.
Easy access to the highway with a quick 30-minute drive to Providence and Newport, as well as an hour to Boston. Short distance to Stone Bridge, Tiverton Four Corners, Beaches, and Marinas too! We can’t wait to host you in this waterfront paradise.
Pets must be approved by Moore House prior to booking and will incur a $150 Pet Fee.

The property is stunning, the decor is impeccable and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The host set things up that made it feel like arriving at a 5 star hotel. One of my the best VRBO experiences I have had.

This is a great property. Clean, extremely well appointed, and charming in an easy, modern style. Water views and access are the main feature. Location is prime for the quieter side of the river, but easy access to the Newport side via the bridge right near the property (which is a nicely lit sight at night). Property is down a flight of wooden steps, so not a great option for older or accessibility challenged guests. Good for quieter, contemplative children, but zoomy kids will need more supervision being right on the water. Great kitchen for cooks too. Will definitely be back!

The home is beautifully appointed and offers far greater comfort than its size would suggest. Could not be more pleased with our choice for 2 night stay for RWU graduation. The views and comfortable accomodations left us feeling as though we were on a full vacation.
