This brand new holiday apartment offers a beautiful view above Merano (Meran) and is situated in the vineyards between Lagundo (Algund) and Tirolo (Dorf Tirol) near the castle Schloss Tirol, the namesake of the region. The new-build apartment opens in summer 2021 and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suited for video calls), cable/satellite television, baby bed and a highchair (both on request) .Outside, there is a private covered terrace and balcony, as well as a shared garden with a wonderful view of the vineyards and the city below. The apartment is perfectly situated for hiking, with the Meraner Waalrunde directly in front of the house, the Römerweg just 200m away, a culture trail through the forest on site and the Algunder Waalweg only a 10minute walk away. There is also a Buschenschank open during the summer serving traditional South Tyrolean dishes. The nearest bakeries and supermarkets are in the center of Merano, which is just 15 minutes by car (5km) away. Public transportation into the city is also available, with a bus stop 400m away. The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is 2 hours and 30 minutes (160km) away by car.

Alles für den perfekten Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist makellos, sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Die zwei Balkons sind das I-Tüpfelchen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist fantastisch. Der unter der Wohnung befindliche Buschenschank bietet bis 18:00 Uhr tolles Essen und immer den passenden Wein dazu. Ab 18:00 Uhr ist geschlossen und damit keine Ruhestörung zu befürchten. Die Gastgeber sind superfreundllich, aufmerksam und bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wer das Auto stehen lassen möchte, kann für den Weg nach Meran stündlich einen kostenlosen Bus nehmen.

Pros: Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden und haben selten eine so nette Gastfamilie kennengelernt. Die Ferienwohnungen sind echte Schmuckstücke und man fühlt sich schon beim Betreten richtig wohl. Also alles in allem war unsere Woche ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbar gilt für alles: Die Vermieter mit ihrer herzlichen Gastfreundlichkeit, die Wohnung, der Ausblick, die Umgebung - es war einfach alles perfekt! Waren zum Skifahren vor Ort. Das Skigebiet Meran 2000 ist in 15 bis 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und taugt auf jeden Fall für ein paar Tage Pistenspaß. Gerne nochmal!

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Pros: Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr als fünf Sterne vergeben. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Wohnung ganz neu und hochwertig eingerichtet und die Vermieter unglaublich nett. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice und man kann leckere Sachen (Wein, Bier, Eier, Käse, Äpfel, Apfelsaft ...) direkt am Hof kaufen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit tollen Gastgebern

Die Wohnung ist komplett neu, super ausgestattet und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge! Was aber insbesondere hervorragend war, war die Kommunikation vorab mit den Gastgebern. Leider mussten 2 Freunde spontan abspringen. Die Gastgeberin hat sich um die Buchungsänderung sofort gekümmert (was wirklich sehr kulant war) und war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
