Beach Bach on the Dune Trails
The perfect mix of dunes, sand, sea and sky makes this a memorable stay, with Motu Trails access directly in front of you. Be prepared for glorious sunrises and spectacular sunsets with views of the sea and the coastline from your balcony. Only a few minutes away to Opotiki.
Located just ten minutes east of Opotiki, in Tirohanga, this three bedroom beach bach epitomises easy holiday living. Up high on the section, the home overlooks the Motu trail, which takes you west into town or east along the beach. Your eyes are drawn to the enticing sea, directly in front of you and the views of the coastline; west towards Whakatane/Tauranga and right, all the way down the coast. Whakaari/White Island claims centre stage, whilst Moutohora/Whale Island rests majestically to the left.
The house itself, has a wonderful upstairs balcony for day time sea breezes to caress your skin as you sit and read, or listen to music. The downstairs area has a covered outdoor seating area and is a great place to shelter when it’s too hot or raining, but want to remain outside. The third bedroom is also located downstairs, with a toilet and laundry. There is no internal access from downstairs to upstairs.
Upstairs there’s a well-appointed kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge has a relaxed open plan vibe. Master bedroom is off the lounge and the rear bunk room has plenty of room for the kids. Separate toilet, shower and vanity all located upstairs.
Bring the bikes, bring the boogie boards, bring the boat. With Tirohanga Beach Store only a minute away, you’re all set for an awfully big adventure!

Relaxing Beach Bach
Great stay with everything you will ever need provided within the property. Managed to even catch a feed of snapper straight off the Bach! On cons were the builders next door making early noise for the entire stay and the price Book-a-Bach charge, it much cheaper to book directly with Bush To Bays.
