Built in 1920, this iconic structure originally served as a hub for local farmers, storing and distributing grain that helped shape the agricultural backbone of Northern Colorado. Lovingly restored and thoughtfully repurposed, the building now welcomes guests for a one-of-a-kind retreat steeped in charm and character. Located close to I-25, 15 minutes drive to downtown Fort Collins, Windsor or Loveland.

This unique retreat offers:

Upstairs—accessible via the original 1905 spiral steel staircase—you'll find a private loft featuring a cozy twin trundle bed, perfect for sleeping or curling up with your favorite book. A separate bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and bath, all located on the same level.

My friend was here on a very, very packed weekend of interviews. It was so wonderful for her to have a space of peace and quiet (an a great screen to catch up on some sporting events). It is a lovely place; well kept, neat and clean and everything needed to feel cared for. The host was quick to reply to messages and gracious in making accommodations.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The place is so unique and so cool with the historic items like the stair case. The owners of the place put a lot of thought in little details to make our stay better. Including littles things like spices, all kitchen utensils, pot and pans, dishes,coffee, family board games, laundry soap ect... The place is a cute as it is describe. It is very roomy and we loved all the decks to spend our evenings on. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful and so much room. We had 4 adults and 1 child stay here and had plenty of room. We also had a little get together one day with some family that lives in the area. We had a total of 10 adults and 4 children and lots of room for entertaining. It did not feel crowded at all. I highly recommend this place. I definitely will be staying here again when I visit my family in Colorado.

We had an amazing stay! The property was super clean and well maintained. Chuck made both checking in and out a breeze and he was always available to answer our questions. The kitchen and laundry room were well equipped with all the essentials and more. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into making the guests feel at home. The bed in the master bedroom was probably the most comfortable we've encountered while traveling! We hit the huge collection of board games and enjoyed playing games out on the deck.The location was great- about a 45 minute drive to either Denver or Cheyenne. The shopping and dining in downtown Ft. Collins is awesome and it was just a short 10 mile drive from the property. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and how amazing was it to have a coffeeshop/market and brewery downstairs?! We highly recommend visiting both. We always try to stay at fun and unique places when we travel and this property definitely fit the bill!

Quiet, spacious, weekend stay
The space was perfect for our needs. We all truly enjoyed the decks and the spacious great room. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the walk down to the Hidden Stem garden center. I highly recommend a visit if you are into gardening. We also enjoyed breakfast and lunch at CF&G Public Market located in the same building. Also highly recommend checking them out.
