Unangenehmer Geruch (altes Objekt), kaputter Fenstergriff, Riss in der Glasscheibe, niedrige und enge Tiefgarage, Wasserrohrbruch (eiskaltes bis gar kein Wasser mehr), wir sind aufgrund der fehlenden Wasserversorgung mit unseren Kleinkindern früher abgereist
