Nicht den gezahlten Preis wert

An sich war die Wohnung schön und ähnlich zu den Bildern, aber leider war im Detail vieles schon recht veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmelige Fugen, alte Armaturen, ein völlig zugefrorenes Eisfach, eine alte Küche und Türen, die nicht schließen, entsprechen einfach nicht dem Preis der Wohnung. Und apropos Preis: Über Fewo wird ein 20% Preisaufschlag fällig (dabei liegt die FeWo Gebühr bei nur 8%), das wird auch erst bei der Bestätigungsmail einsehbar, wenn man sich die Rechnungsposten genau anschaut. Darauf angesprochen, gab sich der Anbieter auch sehr uneinsichtig. Außerdem Achtung: Es ist im Grundpreis fast nichts vorhanden, alles kostet extra (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Klopapier, Spültabs, etc.) Grundsätzlich handelt es sich hier um einen Großanbieter, mit vielen Wohneinheiten. Herzlichkeit und Kulanz (dafür hatten wir einen außerordentlich guten Grund) sucht man hier auch vergeblich. TLDR: Für den geforderten Preis (~150€ /Nacht) nicht zu empfehlen.
