Great place for a family vacation!

Lovely property that works well with large family. Enough space for everyone to enjoy the weekend together. We even attempted a bonfire in April!

Perfect family getaway

We had a great time and we lucked out on the weather. Nick’s instructions on crabbing and things to do was very helpful and the kids really enjoyed being a part of the crabbing process. Everything was very comfy and cozy and we all had a chance to relax and yet have fun. Highly recommend this place! Beautiful location, easy access to the beach and a super big fire pit for s’mores!

Great Family Vacation

This house is amazing with a great location! We go to the beach every year with a large mix of adults and kids. This house had plenty of space for us to spread out, even the teen loved it!

We were fortunate to stay on a stormy weekend. The expanse of windows made storm watching outstanding and mirrors in the common areas were placed so that you could see the ocean view without facing the windows. The open kitchen was a bonus. It was a short walk easy to the beach which only the heavy weather enthusiasts in our group braved and we're not disappointed. The house was spotless and well maintained. The hosts were pleasant and available to answer questions we had quickly. We recommend staying here no matter the season.

Better than the listing. Wonderful

Lots of spaces to gather or get away. Beachfront view and access were the highlight of the stay. The large TV’s were fun for March Madness and playing video games. Kitchen was excellent for preparing large meals and well appointed. Would definitely go back when the weather is better.

Great beach getaway!

The house was well set up with different areas to visit and connect and plenty of space for core family groups to have separate sleeping quarters. Our party loved all the crabbing and clamming opportunities and exploring the area! We appeciated the ease of check in, responsive hosts, and having everything we needed for a large family getaway.

This property is better than described; fully stocked with everything imaginable, spacious, comfortable, and positioned perfectly for gorgeous sunsets! Great communication both prior to and during our time there. With 5 bedrooms and various common areas there was plenty of space for our group to spread out. Outdoor showers, 2 washer/dryers, 2 refrigerators, 2 outdoor fire pits...who else has that??? Our trip coincided with king tides and a major storm with very high winds yet we felt cozy and safe as we watched from the decks. Although we did not crab or clam, it was fun to watch those who did when the tide was far out at night.

Our family of 9 (arriving from 4 different places) came together for our annual get together in Oregon. The house was amazing and loaction was right on the beach. There were separate living spaces in the house which allowed for multiple activites simultaneously (ie. watch tv/movies, put togehter a puzzle, play games). As we left our family talked about reserving for our next year family get together. :-)

Amazing!!

This home is perfect! Everything you could ever need is in the kitchen! Lots of room, great beds, fans in every room and tons of little things that make it feel like home. You can’t beat the location either…right on the beach! We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing house with breathtaking views

The house was very clean and very well maintained. House was well furnished and with all the essentials and more. The location is awesome with some of the most amazing views and polenta of privacy. The fire pit and private access to the beach stood out. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts!

We had an absolutely beautiful time! A few Perks were the beautiful yard and just a few steps To the beach. The house itself is gorgeous. I can tell the hosts have worked hard to update it and make it special. The hosts were also so kind! We would love to come back again!

Best beach house ever

Everyone — teens and adults — loved our stay here, and we all plan to return. We didn’t get to go crabbing or clamming this time, but definitely will next time. Beach campfire and foosball game and *lots* of beach walks kept us entertained. The house had everything we needed, and then some!

Fabulous Beach House

What a great place!! The kitchen was well stocked, there was room for everyone and it just cozy. There are two fireplaces and were wonderful especially since it rained for two days. I would highly recommend this beach house. Nick and Lynn were very informative of what was around the area which I truly appreciated since this was our first visit to Netarts.

Fun with a view

We had a great time at this beautiful home! Being on the water was exciting. This house is well stocked with shower supplies and towels, great bedding also (all things I want to know when booking). Bring your binoculars, I wish I did! Having a fire on the beach was amazing!

The location to the beach was perfect, nothing blocking access or the view. The house was perfect.

The property is very well maintained. The house is perfect for a large group and/or multiple families. Sectioned off so you can still be together but also separate also. Easy access to the beach. The only thing I wish we had was an outdoor shower for after the kids were at the beach.:}

Amazing Beach Hose

This home gorgeous, plenty of soace for a large family or goup. Lots of seating and amenities. The kitchen is a dream and everything you need. Pack ypur clothes and relax, amazing view of the oceam. I will be returning again.
