"Excelente value for this extraordinary property, clean and safe, the staff is always willing to go beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, but left us to enjoy the peace of the area, the pool was heated and clean, cabanas were clean, and not crowded, plenty of peace to take a Knapp. We took the Mayan Train, and the hotel pickup us up and the train station, as well took us to the train station. They also had daily trips to Campeche courtesy of the hotel, they dropped us off at 1:30 pm on the main square in historic Campeche and picked us up at 9:30 pm we just tipped the driver to and from the hotel, this is by far a lot better than what I thought the hotel would be, and we were impressed by all the details of the property, but mostly with the staff, they are top notch, and we will return in the future once we stay at the other properties, for now on to Mundo Maya Hotel in Palenque. Excelente place and we highly recommend it."
