Nuestra modesta casa de vacaciones está ubicada en la hermosa comunidad exclusiva frente al mar de Las Gaviotas, el corazón de la Baja Riviera ... aproximadamente a 45 minutos de los EE. UU. Frontera, sur de San Diego. Tenemos una casa familiar de vacaciones de 3 dormitorios ~ 3 baños. Máximo 6 personas, incluidos niños. Lamentablemente, no se admiten mascotas.

VISTA AL OCÉANO:
El clima soleado estalla en la temporada de primavera a verano. Para 2019, Baja nos está dando una mezcla de lluvia, nublado con un clima intermitente soleado, cálido y agradable. Algunas noches son un poco molestas, pero tenemos una chimenea y cada habitación, incluidos los baños, tiene un calentador de pared.

Casa Franz está ubicada en el medio del complejo, en el tercer nivel debajo de las canchas de tenis, ya que el tráfico de ruido de la carretera es inexistente en comparación con las unidades de condominios de 3 pisos en el nivel posterior de los cuales los huéspedes anteriores han comentado y experimentado como fuente real de molestia. Casa Franz disfruta de la paz y la tranquilidad de las olas rítmicas del océano con una vista del cinturón verde justo en frente, brindando a nuestros huéspedes un placer adicional.

CASA FRANZ SET PARA INVIERNO 2019.
No se pierda la temporada de invierno (octubre-marzo) ya que nuestras tarifas son más bajas y la oportunidad única de disfrutar del clima fresco y refrescante a medida que comienza el solsticio de invierno. Las puestas de sol son especialmente fantásticas en tonos rojos y naranjas. Tenemos una chimenea con el uso de los registros de llamas para crear un ambiente agradable y acogedor junto con nuestros pequeños calentadores de pared empotrados en cada habitación, en caso de que haga demasiado frío.

Great family vacation

The property was fantastic, and Las Gaviotas is a wonderful neighborhood. At night, the ocean and beach make great sounds, and the sunset views from the jacuzzi are stunning. Over the long weekend, the HOA brought a fresh fish taco stand/cart.

Awesome Beach House

Spent four days with my family in this wonderful beach house. The owner was very nice and went all out for us. I will be back next year God willing.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Our family had a great time staying at Casa Franz. It had everything we needed to enjoy the long weekend. We really appreciated the supply closet with beach items and games for our kids. The frosted mugs in the freezer was also a nice surprise.

What a great place !

We loved staying at Casa Franz! This home has lots of charm and everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect. Beds were comfortable and clean . We had a great stay here . They even left a bottle of champagne for my wife's birthday. Thanks again.

Safe beautiful getaway

Had the most lovely time at Casa Franz! The home itself was clean, comfortable and absolutely perfect. They had everything you could need- a grill, coffee maker, blender, and more. The beds were comfortable, the amenities great and the patio perfect for enjoying meals outside. The community itself is great with a pool, jacuzzi and beach all just a short walk from the house. Can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING house & Experience

Rented the house with some friends and family and had a great experience from the start. Arturo was VERY helpful with recommendations for the area on things to do and routes to take. And the house was amazing - super clean, nicely decorated and included games and books and was very close to the pool. I have stayed at a few rentals in Las Gaviotas and this house was my favorite. I'll definitely be back to stay next time I'm in the area.

Dreamy Beach house

Where do I start , from the moment you enter las gaviotas you know you are on a safe and peaceful environment. My family and I enjoyed Franz house , my children played volleyball at the beach, enjoyed the pool and the waves everyday. Comfort is a must for me and Franz house and las gaviotas gave me that and more.. we are totally coming back and hopefully in the future be able to own property there.... just a dreamy place with a million dollar view.

Quick vacay

Arturo was very kind and helpful. He provided a bottle of Champaign to help us celebrate the occasion which was much appreciated. Place was clean and well taken care of. The fees are over 100% of the cost per night which was a surprise but this information was shared up front prior to me booking.

Awesome casa!

We have been coming to Las gaviotas for awhile now and we were so pleased on how well stocked the house was. We have never stayed at a home that provided us with so much. Loved that you even had a toothbrush emergency kit’! Everything we needed was provided. Thank you Arturo and Amy for a beautiful house. We loved the decorations and the view of the ocean was amazing! . Our trip was way too short and we will surely stay here again in the future.

The property was very clean and organized. Using the Home Away app through VRBO was extremely helpful. My only disappointment was that, for a house that sleeps six, the kitchen was lacking. There is no oven and the inventory of pots, pans, utensils, etc. was very limited. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay in Casa Franz!

Independence Day in Mexico!

We arrived to Casa Franz and were very impressed with the cleanliness as well as the decor. Everything was very cute, clean, easy to find, and had plenty of room. We stayed for 3 nights during the 4th of July and had a blast! Don't forget to bring your own towels. Some other things to bring if you plan on staying for a few days or have a larger group ( we had a group of 6 adults) would be paper towels, paper plates to avoid dishes, more trash bags. The wifi was easy to access, and the blue tooth stereo system was super nice! we didn't watch any DVDS but everything was laid out clearly and ready to use. The patio had a couple lounge chairs, as well as a table where we at our meals. Super nice place, thank you for the hospitality.

Terrible communication

My friends and I booked Arturo’s place to celebrate my birthday. There were 6 of us so naturally we were taking more than 1 car. My friends got there before us & needed the code to get in. When I texted Arturo for it I got this incredibly rude & uncalled for text back: “NO! You are the primary guest & you are suppose to be the first to enter! No one else. You should have advise me upfront if this wasn’t you plan..” He did end up giving us the code, but it started the trip off on a bad note. The next day we couldn’t turn the shower off so my husband had to shut off the water valve to the house. Arturo couldn’t get a plumber out until the next day, which he did refund a night for, but not until we asked for it. He kept texting & calling & wanting us to be the middle man between him & his plumber, which we didn’t want to take time out of our vacation for, nor was it our responsibility. The place was nice & cute but it really put a damper on our weekend. Also the tennis courts are super close & woke us up every morning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Comfy, cozy, and clean

Beautiful location. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of six. I think they had the nicest towels of any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. The host was easy to communicate with and very gracious. Please note that the house doesn’t have an oven, but we were able to cook cinnamon rolls on the balcony bbq and they were delish! Great place!
