Emplacement au top, le reste à améliorer

Connaissant bien Tignes cet appartement est super situé avec la vue sur le lac/val Claret, proximité de tout. Par contre comme beaucoup d'avis : déçue du ménage (j'ai écrit à l'agence le lendemain de mon arrivée ils m'ont répondu au bout de 5j que j'aurais dû les prévenir avant mon départ je n'étais pas encore partie !), chaises dehors cassées, casier impossible à ouvrir, poignée lave vaisselle cassée, lumière hotte idem, tout comme le plateau du micro ondes.. cet appartement mériterait un canapé convertible dans le salon, un petit chauffage salle de bain et qu'un état des lieux soit réalisé plus souvent.

J'aurai aimé avant mon départ savoir que l'agence serai fermée toute la semaine et que je devais récupérer les clés dans un coffre dont on avait oublié de me donner le code pour l'ouvrir et les remettre dans ce même coffre le jour de mon départ

Logement pas nettoyé!

Après plus de 900km de route et la réception des clés du logement, quelle a été notre surprise de prendre possession du logement: sanitaires dégoutants, cuisine non nettoyée, cheveux dans les tiroirs de la salle-de-bain, miettes, minous et cheveux sur les sols,... Affligeant! Je plains le propriétaire de ce logement qui fait certainement confiance à cette agence...
