The hotel apartment was very nice but a little grungy. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good. Has a little kitchenette that was nice but when we tried to use the toaster a circuit tripped and then caused the entire apartment to lose power. The hotel staff was very helpful getting the power restored but it took a while. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Lovely hotel

What a fantastic hotel!!! We booked last minute due to a change of plans so weren’t sure what to expect. We stayed in the executive apartment and it was amazing, I wish we could have stayed longer. More than enough space for a family of 4 and so clean and fresh. We had tea in the restaurant and the service was fab and the food very good. Would highly recommend.

Great experience all around.

Great stay. The unit exceeded our expectations and the owner/manager is a lovely man. He accommodated our request for a late checkout and was helpful in a number of other ways. I highly recommend Alpha Hotel if ever staying in Tienen.

Stayed here for my return from working elsewhere in Belgium as it was handy for the airport, after returning the hire car and I could use the shuttle bus. Cleaner knocked the door at 7:30 and again at 9:00 check out wasn’t till 12:00 so the lie in I was hoping for didn’t happen. Other than that standard hotel.

Nice hotel well worth the price and then some.

Great little hotel, and the breakfast was great as well with a fresh cooked option. Also unlike a lot of hotels it had its own parking lot which was easy to access and safe. Staff was great, and the hotel clean and well appointed. Like a few other hotels on this trip, the rooms were very modern, and had AC which was great given the higher than average temperatures they were experiencing. Only comment is that the rooms floors are hard, epoxy covered. Not carpeted or wood. Odd design choice, but did not take away from the overall feel of the hotel. Would stay again.
