Lanzarote Vacation Homes (lvh) presents Suite Zefiro, a charming and recently renovated holiday home located in Puerto del Carmen, very close to the beach and the main avenue. It features a private terrace, high-speed WIFI with fibre optic and an enviable location. It is ideal for couples, small families, solo travellers or digital nomads seeking comfort and good connectivity.



It is a cosy, very bright and peaceful home, located just 500 metres from Playa Grande and Avenida de las Playas, the heart of Puerto del Carmen. In the surrounding area you will find a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops and all the necessary services to enjoy a worry-free stay.



The dwelling has been completely renovated and is equipped with all amenities. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, three-burner hob and Nespresso coffee maker. The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional people, with a total capacity of up to four guests.



The bathroom is complete, with shower and washing machine. There is also an iron and ironing board available for guests, as well as a safe.



The living room has a Smart TV and the entire property is equipped with fast wifi, ideal for remote work or long stays.

Das ganze Badezimmer ist sehr alt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Toilette war sehr schmutzig, das war Waschbecken lief aus, und es herrschte ein unglaublich schlechter Geruch. Die Agentur ist sehr empfehlenswert. Man versuchte uns immer direkt zu helfen.
