The staff was friendly. But the quality of the room was terrible. Our room door lock was ripped off. NO HOT WATER!!!!! We tried waiting for the hot water and nothing! How do they expect people to bathe with no hot water when it’s 30 and below degrees outside. The shower was extremely stained and peeling. The bed was uncomfortable and blanket had something like food stuck on it when we arrived. The top sheet had yellowing stains

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant and relaxing. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom was dirty, ripped blankets. The next morning for breakfast the food warmer trays were filthy in side and the outside, cream curdled in the coffe, no knives or napkins even the jam had fermented and smelled like vinegar! Choose a different place!

Staff was very friendly at check in. Room a whole nother story. I got bit by ticks bed bugs and a roach beat me to drinking my coffee. And as i walked it it was saturated with the smell of must, mildew, and just overall nasty. Beds were made made to look esthetically pleasing but when u pulled back the covers it just had flat sheets notting to protect u from the mattress so kind of weird. Checked in at 11 pm. We were exhausted but couldnt sleep so we got up n left at about 3 am. Just a horrible stay.

Never got to check in. Showed up around 9 pm. Front desk attendant never came. I had already paid for room ahead of time. Over an hour wait and still nothing. He left a number on window to call, I called over 20 times and no answer. I had to go down the road to find another hotel

Room was not ready when arrived to check in. We booked 2 rooms. My son booked 2 rooms ( had to wait 2hrs for their rooms to get ready.) They were supposed to have joining rooms due to having 4 little girls.. no they didnt. Just 2 separate rooms not a joining..but one of the rooms.was a joining to.another room. My brother booked a room(left due to room being gross) My 2 niece booked a room they arrived at 9pm on Friday(left at due to room being filthy.. ie blood on bedding) The breakfast area was filthy and not maintained. Room smelled moldy. Bedding had stains, towels had stains, ahower curtin was moldy, furniture had stains and not clean, floor feeled damp out whole stay. This was for family during a wedding.. I had several family members had to leave because their rooms were not cleaned at all. My son and his family rooms were not ready after arriving after 3. The lobby smelled. Over all i have never stayed in such a getto place in my live and was embarrassed that i had recommended thia place to my family. This was the most awful experience ever.

Room was not ready when I arrived. Stains in the carpet. Carpet had debris on it. Dirty walls on several walls. Rust and mold completely around the tub. Hangers on the floor. Toilet paper has makeup on all on the side. Pillow case missing. Bathroom mirror was very dirty. Hand told and wash rag was dirty with stains. Shampo and conditioner were already used. Most expensive hotel in this city and a rat hole of a place
