This was an exceptionally amazing stat. First, I must commend Sheri as a host. She and her husband have thought of EVERYTHING for a great stay. We had a small ant problem (it happens and was the first time ever for Sheri in this house), Sheri had pest control come over immediately that day and for a subsequent visit to follow up. Sheri met us herself since we had a longer visit due to my own surgery and she was so kind and helpful. I will be back for another surgery in the spring of 2026, and my family and I would love to stay again! Amazing place. The only draw back is the distance to Nashville’s downturn, but bring so close to Andy’s definitely makes up for that! Stat here if you can!

In town for a craft event

Everything was great! 5 middle aged women in town for a craft event. We had everything we needed in the house. Very close to the event at Homestead and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

It is a haven!

Cozy, comfy just like home. Sheri, the owner, truly thought of everything to accommodate the needs of her guests. My friend and I were here looking at properties and the location was central to all the local towns and shopping. I would highly recommend Spring Hill Haven and if I return, would not hesitate to re-book this sweet home.

Bereavement Stay

Unfortunately we needed a last minute place to stay to attend a funeral as a family member passed suddenly and without warning. From start to finish Sheri helped us be as comfortable as possible given our loss, even running over in no time at all with something we needed.My only addition would be that the photos are a little confusing. It kind of appears there are 3 king size beds. There are 2 and 2 twin beds. If my emotions allow it I would love to stay again under happier circumstances.

Mom meets her Great-Grands

My 92 y/o mom made the trip to meet her 2 newest great-grandchildren. The house was the perfect setup for our extended family traveling together. Everything was so clean and fresh. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and very well stocked. The location was conveniently located to the interstate and major roads, but it was amazingly quiet inside. Sheri was a delight to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Most thoughtful host I've experienced

I have been renting houses for many years and this was the most thoughtful host I have encountered. The home was inviting and prepared for our arrival. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay, especially with the layout of the house giving some separation if two couples wanted to come together.

Wonderful stay in Spring Hill

We had a wonderful stay in this cheerful home in Spring Hill. The home host was friendly and attentive. She made a real effort to give us the best experience in the area and home. The beds were comfortable, the house spotless, and the kitchen was equipped for all your cooking needs. I would most definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Experience

My wife and I attended a family reunion in Spring Hill in late September 2024.This house was very comfortable and everything you could ever want was in the house, ready to go. The host did a great job and outfitting the house. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all services and really good restaurants in the downtown area. I would highly recommend you consider this property for your next stay in Spring Hill. We had rain everyday we were there so having access to a garage was a huge plus. The master bed was very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. I would go back anytime. Enjoy your stay.

Can’t speak highly enough of the property, the best - maintained and cleanest we have rented. Additionally, so many little things that made the difference between it being like a rental and feeling like home. Devil truly is in the detail! Sheri was awesome to work with. The home was METICULOUSLY clean! Many little touches that others don't think about. Made it sooo comfortable and easy to stay in this home. Great Stay with Personal Touches

My friends and I stayed overnight at this cute house for a concert at the Amphitheatre. It was very close to the venue. When I booked, the owner asked who was coming and what we were coming for. When we got there she had a sweet welcome note and specialized snacks just for us. The house was well appointed and very clean. The vintage record player was such a unique touch. We will definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place

Our family loved this house! We only stayed one night, but it was perfect. Easy access and quiet location. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities we needed to pop a few frozen foods in the oven for a late dinner. The showers were hot and the soaps were lovely. But most of all, the beds were amazing! Even our broody teenager mentioned how comfortable his bed was! Sheri is an attentive and thoughtful host/owner. Every little thing has been thought of! I can't recommend this property enough. Thanks for the blissful stay!

Just like being at homr

This is one of the few places I've stayed where I just instantly felt at home & didnt feel icked out walking barefoot on the floor or stepping into the shower. It was very nice to have all the basic stuff since we got in so late & didnt want to go to the store. There was shampoo, conditioner & body wash that I usually bring anyway, but also toilet paper, paper towels, liquid dish detergent, hand soap at all 3 sinks, coffee. I could go on & on. It was great!

Nashville getaway

This was without a doubt the cleanest, most well stocked, comfortable, accommodation that we have stayed in, and we take 4 or 5 of these trips every year. We come prepared with paper towels, premium toilet paper, our own condiments etc., didn’t need any of it. The host provided everything needed, even to our standards. I have become used to thin towels, a minimum of plates and silverware, sometimes no pans, the cheapest TP money can buy, but this host provided premium everything. The house was well appointed, the neighborhood was upper middle class suburban, very comfortable premium beds, a/c so cold we had to keep turning the temp up. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience, Very definitely worth staying here, there was nothing we didn’t like, and we are very picky. Can’t go wrong, this probably sounds like a homer but it’s all very good.

More than expected

Super clean house. We met family there from another state. It was very relaxing and had everything we needed and more. The hostess was very communicative in sharing things to see and places to eat. If we return to the area we will rent this again.
