The rooms definitely need refurbishment, with brighter lighting, updated light switches, and better overall room maintenance. The bathroom—especially the sink and faucet—has a poor design that causes water to spill outside the sink area even with a simple hand wash. The restaurant also needs to be more mindful of its food and beverage pricing, as the charges are noticeably higher compared to other 4-star hotel restaurants. Because of this, we dined there only once and chose outside restaurants for the rest of our stay. However, the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their professionalism truly made a difference despite the room conditions. Mr. Akhil and the front desk crew, in particular, made our stay memorable.

The restaurant staff was the best - made sure we were comfortable and got the right foods, etc. Just constantly checking up on anything we needed, etc. From the chefs who came to the table side to the hosts who ensured our tables were good to the actual waiters! The room overall was clean. The reception staff were warm and courteous.

Amazing hotel, well worth every penny.

Stayed for 10 days here and was the best decision. Got a great room with good view of city. All the services were amazing as well as the staff. The position of this hotel in the heart of the city made it very convient to access to any direction i had to go. The food and the chefs are exceptional and one of the best experience i ever had.. will recommend this hotel a 100%
