Master Bedroom with a King size Bed, TV and a large closet. Second Bedroom with two twin beds. Den with a nice sitting area, pull-out sofa and a TV. Gorgeous kitchen with white cabinets and granite counters along with your own wine fridge and in-kitchen dining nook. 6 people sitting formal dining room. There is a separate large laundry and craft/work room.
Walking distance to Nancy Lopez Country Club, short distance to Recreation Center, community pools, First Responders, shopping centers, Golf courses, great restaurants, Spanish Springs Town Center and the Polo Club.
