Escape to this quaint 2 bedroom 1 full bath cottage in The Plains, Virginia. Conveniently located just 10-ish minutes from Middleburg, Route 66, Upperville, Marshall and Haymarket. Find a cozy space with open floor plan, 2 queen bedrooms and a futon option in living room for extra sleeping comfort. Always a highlight, there is a separate mud room entrance for your barn boots etc. It’s the little things;) Ease of access from the rear door allows you to pop off your dirty boots and throw a load in the laundry all before entering the main living area.
Enjoy grilling out on the back stone patio or roasting marshmallows by the cozy fire pit (picture of pit is AI generated with fire going as is the interior fireplace).
Take in the countless wineries, shops, horse shows, cuisine & activities that historic Middleburg & surrounding horse country has to offer. Centrally located with easy access to Middleburg, Great Meadow, Route 66 , Marshall and Upperville and just 45 minutes from DC. Bring your tailgate gear & strap on your boots! Avid horseback rider, not a rider? We welcome you just the same!
This exceptionally clean and cozy place is the perfect place to hang your hat. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the space and WiFi for all of your business and personal needs. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning on the farm, this terrific spot offers a welcoming retreat. (Landscaping was just planted this spring so although it mirrors the hydrangeas in design and location , AI allowed the plants to be more full) for picture purposes).

Plenty of hiking/walking/biking trails on the farm and in the surrounding area. Stall space if you bring your horse available at additional cost. Horseback riding lessons available at additional cost. Both dressage and jumpers beginner and up levels welcome.

More housing available on the farm if more space is needed.
