The hotel is centrally located and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is need of updating however. The room was really dusty and carpet and furniture worn out. The sink and mirror in the bathroom were set too high.

The room overlooking the camel was lovely: seeing the sun break through the clouds with the church in the background. The location was also fantastic: so easy to walk from train station and to so many great areas within Delft. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was just what I needed to start the day.

The staff at Royal Bridges was so friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed and they made sure we could check in late (2:30 a.m.) They also made sure my wife had ice daily for her surgically repaired knee, provided helpful advice on things to do in Delft, transportation,museums and much more. Great staff and comfortable room too!

Awesome spot! Superb location, clean and comfy. Room was great with a balcony overlooking the quiet terrace. Terrace was quiet and great spot to work outside for a couple hours in the sun :) Room had a fridge which was very welcome. All in all, very happy with this hotel!

This is a small hotel right in the heart of the beautiful city of Delft. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and clean linen. The room could do with sprucing up, especially the bathroom. The latter is an internal box structure in the corner with a bath and hand-held shower with no curtain or screen. The room we had is also directly off the public reception and breakfast area, which is strange and meant you could be disturbed from an early hour. It’s a great location, and could be a very nice boutique hotel with some updating.

I booked a delux room with canal view, i received ground floir dungeon with view of the street and the street a view of me! There was a bad smell (I was informed that was the carpet by reception) and a door direct to the street. Which as a single traveller made me feel unsafe. I left immediately, as no other room was available. Expedia handled the situation so well.

Amazing room with canal view (but make sure to request a room on the 1st floor in advance, otherwise you could be on the groundfloor and be directly by the street, or 2nd floor and have the smallest windows). Would have appreciated to have a few more items, such as conditioner, nicer toilet paper, some slippers and a kettle in the room

This property is so perfect. Close to everything and it has the complete Dutch ambience anyone would want. We loved every aspect of our 12 day trip to the Netherlands and this hotel was the icing on the cake. Intercity train transport is also incredible.
