Thatched Cottage Stud is set on beautiful stud farm in West Clare situated on the Wild Atlantic Way located within 10 minutes drive from the market town of Kilrush and 14 minutes drive from the Killimer Ferry to Kerry.
There is a large private garden to the front and rear of the house with ample tables, chairs and barbecue facilities set on decking to the side and front of house which can facilitate a peaceful getaway or a family celebration.
The Thatched Cottage Stud is tastefully presented with modern facilities where you can chill out in the jacuzzi in the natural stone tiled bathroom or sample your own natural full bean coffee in the well equipped inbuilt Kitchen or enjoy a match on the 55 inch Oled TV with surround sound in the comfortable sitting room or indeed enjoy a meal and relax in the dinning/reading room. There are four bedrooms with 5 star beds with duck & down feather bedding which will enable you to get the soundest sleep of your life where the only sounds you will here are the Stirlings in April, the Cuckoo in May and the Swallows throughout the Summer. I guarantee that whether its a peaceful getaway or a family celebration the Thatched Cottage Stud along the Atlantic Way will more than fulfil your aspirations.
The Thatched Cottage Stud has its own private parking in the court yard for numerous vehicles. Whilst the Cottage and grounds are self contained with its own private forest walk and gardens. The nearest Bus Éireann pick up point is 2 1/2 Km from the Cottage at Shaughnessy Cross so it is recommended that guests have their own transport to enjoy the best that Clare has to offer.
