The apartment on pool level is available for rent.

The apartment and the pool terrace impress with the breathtaking sea and panoramic views, which can also be enjoyed to the full from the apartment. There is an outdoor shower and a toilet right by the pool. Mobile grill available.

The lower apartment is locked during the rental period and nobody lives there, so the entire property is for exclusive use.

Very tastefully landscaped garden, which is very well maintained; with a Mediterranean ambience. There are many spacious terraces and seating areas - private atmosphere.

For the tenants there is: a living-dining room with integrated kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with exit to the balcony with great sea views.
