INTERIOR DISTRIBUTION: This beautiful villa is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (air-conditioned) with double beds and a sofa bed (160 x 200), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living room with TV and fireplace. In the upper apartment there is the master bedroom (air-conditioned) with an attached bathroom. The large living room with TV and elect. Fireplace and open kitchen opens onto another terrace with a direct sea view and onto Moraira. The villa is very spacious and still has space for an extra bed.
OUTDOOR AREA AND PLOT: It is worth mentioning that the large property (approx. 1000 m2) with a view of the Mediterranean is completely fenced. As can be seen in the photos, we have a well-tended garden, which is distributed on several levels, with different trees and plants. The pool is facing south and is not visible. It is surrounded by several sun terraces (partially covered). There is enough space to sunbathe and switch off. The outdoor kitchen right by the pool invites you to eat and grill outdoors.
These properties make this villa a unique and ideal property for a vacation on the Mediterranean coast.
LOCATION OF THE VILLA: Within a radius of approx. 400 m there are several cafes, restaurants, a supermarket Mas y Mas and a hardware store. The sandy beaches and the center of Moraira with its many restaurants, cafes and bars can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The ideal place to go on holiday without a car.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.
