EXCLUSIVE LUXURY VILLA ON THE FIRST LINE WITH FABULOUS VIEWS OVER THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for up to 8 guest.
LAY OUT: This beautiful villa of 443 m2 is distributed over two floors as well as having a flat with separate entrance. The villa is accessed from the main level. It has a large bright and open space with access to the covered terrace of the villa. The latter is composed of the fully equipped kitchen with an island where we can have breakfast and the living-dining room with a nice set of comfortable sofas and a dining table for 6 people. This floor also has two bedrooms with split beds and air conditioning (one of them with en suite bathroom with shower), as well as another bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads to the upper floor where we find a second kitchen, a living room, a beautiful bedroom (with double bed and air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower. This floor has access to a terrace from which the sea views are wonderful. Finally we have a flat with a separate entrance consisting of a living room with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. It is worth mentioning that all the bathrooms of the villa have underfloor heating.
EXTERIOR: A 1.500 m2 plot semi-fenced, a well-kept garden with natural grass and different kinds of plants and trees. In front of the villa there is the covered terrace and going down some steps we access the uncovered terrace as well as the swimming pool. Next to it there is another covered terrace where there is the barbecue area with an outdoor table, it is the perfect place to have wonderful times sheltered of the intense summer sun. From the outside of the villa there are beautiful and panoramic views on the Mediterranean Sea. There are also a football goal, a trampoline and a ping pong table where the children can fully enjoy their vacation. There is a garage and space enough to park several vehicles inside the plot.
