Neo is a villa decorated in a traditional Spanish style, located in a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes by car from the center of Moraira. Moraira is a beautiful coastal town where we find several famous beaches such as L'Ampolla and El Portet, as well as a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops on the first line. This is one of the reasons why this area has become an attraction for anyone looking for a joyful and relaxing vacation experience.

Neo also provides us with a high level of privacy on the pool level. The villa offers parking for 2 cars, which opens onto a spacious terrace surrounding the house, the private pool is at the top level, with sun loungers and the terrace with sea views. The entire accommodation is located on the lower floor, and the upper level of the house remains closed and empty during the rental period.

We enter from the parking area to the lower apartment, where we find a well-equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with Sat+TV, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds sharing a bathroom with a shower. On one side of the garden, we find a nice table under the palm trees and a BBQ.
