Nos estropearon el fin de año!

No pudimos disfrutar de la estancia porque no le comunicaron al propietario la reserva y éste ya había alquilado la casa. Cuando llegamos nos dijo que no teníamos ninguna reserva y que la casa no estaba disponible. Nos han cobrado el importe y no hemos tenido dónde quedarnos. Espero que me devuelvan el importe. Un desastre!!
