Clean comfortable studio apartment, conveniently near a train station and grocery store. Remote check in was easy and staff were very accessible and responsive. Quiet, peaceful area. I recommend highly!

The room we received was not a studio as advertised and even as stated in the reservation confirmation. A basic room with a matrimonial bed and auxiliary bed in the basement, instead of the upper floor appartment the Expedia listing showed. The room was clean, and aircon was a blessing, but it was not possible to bring auxilliary bed with pull-out frame onto a level sleeping height, it remained step-up for our entire stay, making it tough nights for the 3rd person. We requested help when the aircon dripped water onto the auxilliary bed and had made the mattress significantly wet, but never received a reaction to this. Communication with hosts was difficult and slow; there were multiple people who interacted with us altogether; they messaged via WhatsApp (which we had never approved), SMS and for all booking-related communication used Happy.Rentals instead of the usual Expedia functions. We never got the TV to work despite receiving instructions. Overall: not a great stay and for that overpriced; it felt like a cheat, especially with the missing kitchen and the unresolved, unacceptable sleeping solution for the 3rd person.
