Ideal for small families or business travellers, the property offers comfort, practicality and the convenience of being close to everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, banks and the best cafés and restaurants in the city. The property has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to accommodate your guests. Your small pet is welcome at the property

- Serra dos Órgãos National Park is approximately 3.5 km away, excellent for those seeking ecotourism and trails such as Pedra do Sino and Bananeiras
