Located in a hilly area in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic, you can also reach the Verzasca Valley on foot. From the private parking, you go up with a funicular strictly reserved to 4 houses, with exclusive access on the private level. The house has a garden with lake and mountain views. The house with two large terraces is divided into two independent apartments and is suitable for couples and families. The 4 1/2 room apartment is formed on two levels and includes a seating area, a dining area, cable TV and a kitchen complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. Three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds, two bathrooms and two large balconies with views. There are also two free private car parks at the foot of the property.
