Perfect for enjoying with family or friends. With capacity for 4 people, it offers 2 double bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both equipped with ceiling fans with remote control. The accommodation features free high-speed WIFI, a flat-screen TV, a spacious and bright living-dining room with large windows and direct access to a wonderful terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the weather.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee maker with one complimentary capsule per person, kettle, washing machine, and has access to a balcony. There is also a full bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet.



The residential complex offers a main pool, children's pool, free sun loungers, garden areas, elevator from the main entrance, supermarket, restaurant, and café. All just a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Palm-Mar.



The building has a direct elevator from the main entrance to your apartment floor. The pools are open from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The maximum depth of the main pool is 1.80 m, and the children's pool has a depth of 0.30 m. Reserving sun loungers is not allowed.
