Dans l’ensemble, tout Ă©tait parfait et nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour.Le seul point nĂ©gatif concerne l’horaire d’arrivĂ©e, que nous avons trouvĂ© vraiment trop tardif. Une remise des clĂ©s Ă  17h nous paraĂźt exagĂ©rĂ©e,Avec une arrivĂ©e Ă  17h et un dĂ©part Ă  11.30 h, le temps rĂ©el pour profiter de la maison est finalement assez rĂ©duit. Cela donne un peu l’impression de payer surtout pour y passer la nuit.Nous remercions toutefois la propriĂ©taire, qui a acceptĂ© de nous remettre les clĂ©s Ă  16h. De notre cĂŽtĂ©, nous avons fait le nĂ©cessaire pour libĂ©rer la maison rapidement le matin.Mis Ă  part ce point, tout Ă©tait parfait

Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs rĂ©actif et agrĂ©able .La maison est situĂ©e dans un quartier calme et trĂšs proche d'un commerce. Elle dispose d'un portail Ă©lectrique ,permettant de stationner 3 voitures en toute sĂ©curitĂ©.En revanche ,le prix demandĂ© est trop Ă©levĂ© au regard des prestations proposĂ©es.L'Ă©quipement est bas de gamme ,seulement 3 verres Ă  pied en verre ,les autres Ă©tant en plastique ,peu de bols ou grandes tasses ,pas d'assiettes creuses....L’annonce mentionne 2 salles de bain,mais celle du rez de chaussĂ©e se trouve dans une lingerie ,sans chauffage avec seulement une douche ,sans lavabo ,ni miroir .A plusieurs reprises ,nous avons constatĂ© une forte odeur de cigarette dans les chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage.Une chambre dispose d'un velux sans store ,obligeant de mettre une serviette pour masquer la lumiĂšre du jour.Dommage ,avec des amĂ©liorations et un tarif plus adaptĂ©( le double du tarif indiquĂ© en fin d'annĂ©e !! ) ,le logement pourrait ĂȘtre satisfaisant .
