- No cable is provided, but there is an antenna offering local channels and over 100 others. We offer WiFi but do not offer a refund if it goes out, this is completely out of our control.

Pet Policy Rules:

-We are dog friendly, Maximum 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, $75 per stay (this fee does not cover damages). Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $150 fee and potential cancellation of stay.
- Any damage to plants, planters, furniture, etc., will be charged accordingly.
- Please do not wash your dog in the home. The bath and shower have soft enamel that can scratch easily. Lemos Pet & Supply in Atascadero or Paso Robles offers great dog wash stations.
- Do not leave your dog alone at the listing without prior approval.
- Please do not allow your pet on the furniture.

For any reasonable accommodations, please reach out and we can discuss prior to booking. Most of the time I can be very accommodating.

- No smoking indoors. if evidence of smoking is found, $250+ deep cleaning fee will be charged.
- Respect the neighborhood by keeping Quiet Time between 10 PM and 7 AM.

If you should find anything to your dissatisfaction, please bring it to our attention the day you arrive. Please note, we take pictures and video the entire house before you arrive to ensure the home is ready for each guest. This protects both the owner and the guest.

The house and location are great. Easy drive to Paso, or San Luis (a bit further but a breeze) and walking distance to small Town Templeton Restaurants. Place was beautiful and well appointed. High end details. Great layout - split layout, so there's lots of privacy if you are traveling with a friend.

Short getaway to Paso Robles

We needed a place to stay for the weekend near the Vina Robles Amphitheater to see a concert that was dog friendly so we could bring or small dog who loves to play fetch so needed a fenced in yard. This house fit the bill perfectly. Both bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom as well as a TV and there was also a TV in the living room. The house was very clean and and the small yard was perfect for our dog to play. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes and glasses, supplies, etc. It also has a 2 car garage. They have a great binder with all the information necessary to use everything in the house. We'll remember this place if we ever need to stay in the area again.

Wonderful property, exactly as described (and then some). Great location in the heart of the Paso Robles wine country. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on in a vacation home,with an assortment of throw blankets (in addition to the bed duvets) that made for toasty comfort during the chilly Paso nights and mornings. Outdoor seating also had a gas fireplace that made for enjoyment of additional wine purchases nightly. Super well-appointed kitchen and a pantry that was stocked with every pot and cook’s tool essential (including spices and sweeteners galore). Good water pressure and exceptionally clean bathrooms. Would stay here again in a heartbeat when visiting the area, lovely property and host. Easy communication and prompt replies.

Best rental ever!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless!! It was exactly as described in the listing but even more attractive in person. The two master bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house, so we never got in each other’s way. The neighborhood is lovely and walking distance from a park. Beautiful views nearby and an easy drive to downtown Paso Robles and wineries. We found plenty of coffee and creamer in the kitchen as well as tea, condiments, and spices in the well-stocked pantry. We appreciated the snack jar, too! The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels, TP, and shower items in the bathrooms. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back the next time we visit our daughter who lives in Hanford. Thank you!

Amazing property in wine country!

This 2 bedroom/2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect place to stay during a family reunion in Atascadero. The layout of the home with two private master suites separated by a bright cheery great room and beautiful kitchen. No detail is overlooked. This had to be the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. My husband and I even said we could live here! Hostess is very responsive. We’ll definitely be back! Loved exploring the area. Close to Paso Robles and the ocean.

A great house in a great location

This property has everything you need. It was clean and properly stocked. It is situated in a nice neighbourhood. We used the oven, stove and bbq grill to cook us nice meals. We wish we could have stayed longer!
