This single-level, accessible home is nestled in the quiet neighbourhood of Surfside Estates, just around the corner from Playa Potrero, a stunning 2.5-mile-long beach perfect for swimming and long walks. It’s ideally situated between the white sand beaches of Penca and Flamingo, offering guests a relaxed and convenient coastal getaway.
This fully fenced/gated tropical paradise boasts a private 26' pool, high-speed wifi, and smart TVs in both the indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Though there are many walkable restaurant options, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large crowd, including great appliances like a rice cooker, blender, griddle, and kettle. The home also features an outdoor grill station, outdoor kitchen sink, BBQ utensils, and a truly Costa Rican 10' long Guanacaste wood dining table.
This bright and airy beach getaway sleeps eight people, complete with two principal king bedrooms with built-in desks, safes, en suite bathrooms, and walkouts to the back yard. New modern home in Potrero with amazing pool area
Our group of 7 ( 6 adults and a 2yo), had a fabulous week in Potrero. We made good use of the pool area whenever we were home during the day, made complete meals in the kitchen, and played games in the large family area after sundown. Beds and linens were highend and very comfortable. Loved the smaller community of Potrero over larger towns, but liked Playa Flamingo for beach time. Tony, our concierge and all around helper was very attentive. We felt very welcome and safe. Highly recommend Casa Marzo!
