Fantastic holiday resort with private pool

Villa Smeralda Executive is one of five apartments in a holiday complex outside Olbia and can accommodate up to 5 people. The barrier-free apartment is the only one of the 5 pieces that has its own pool and is separated from the rest of the apartments. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed and a foldaway bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. An additional sofa bed can be provided for the fifth person. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with wifi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair. Enjoy the Italian sun in your own garden, which is equipped with a pool for your own use, sun loungers, a Hollywood swing and a covered terrace. Here you can spend relaxed holiday hours and refresh yourself in your own pool! The accommodation also includes horses, ponies, chickens and turtles, which make the resort a paradise for children. The centre of Olbia, 5 km away, offers a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Some beaches can be reached within 20 minutes by car or approx. 21 km.
