Great location and nice house but several maintenance issues. We had malfunctioning dishwasher, the upstairs bathroom was leaking into the kitchen, a running toilet and a definite smell of urine on a giant fake fur rug in the master bathroom (and telltale scratches on the bathroom door). Someone has clearly locked a dog or two in there instead of crating. We rolled up the rug on day one and stored it in the closet but didn’t report the dishwasher until a couple of days in after making sure it wasn’t user error. It was pretty intrusive and inconvenient when the repair guy showed up the morning we were checking out at 9am. I told him we were going to be out in an hour and suggested it could wait but he came right in to take up space in the kitchen while we were all there attempting to finish breakfast and coffee before we checked out. Overall we were happy with the rental but the maintenance and communication could certainly be better. Sending a repair person an hour before check out is not cool. Certainly the repair was not going to benefit our stay and only caused disruption and intrusion at a time when we were all there and needed to use the space.
