Abundant windows throughout provide all day natural light and breathtaking views of the Wilson and San Sophia Mountain Ranges.



This property offers an impressive chef's kitchen with state of the art appliances with ample counter space and a breakfast bar. The huge dining area overlooks a sunken-in living room with a gas fireplace and a sunny reading/lounging area. West facing floor-to-ceiling windows offers picturesque views with tons of sunlight and state of the art automated blinds help keep the area cool during those warm summer months.



There are 4 bedrooms in this 4,100 sq ft home. Upstairs you will find a cozy kids room with 2 twin beds, a private bedroom with a queen bed and a beautiful guest bath shared between the two. Please note that the upstairs primary bedroom is not accessible for short term rental at this property and will be locked off for owner use only. On the lower level of the home is a guest queen room, a hallway bath and a beautiful king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, making it the perfect primary suite. All bedrooms open up to a large TV room with access to the private hot tub.



Expansive outdoor decks on all three levels and manicured yard create fantastic outdoor living spaces set in a peaceful setting afforded by the 2.25 acre lot. One of the three bay garage provides plenty of space as well as a good size driveway for all of your vehicles and mountain toys. The home is at the end of a cul de sac, abutting a 13-acre open space park, completing the many fine characteristics of this property.

Great vacation in Mountain Village / Telluride!

Fabulous comfortable home, views from home are amazing. We loved sitting on the deck amongst the Aspens taking in the views of Mt Wilson. We had 8 people and plenty of room, wonderful kitchen! Beautiful property

We came from a variety of places to stay for over a week in this beautiful property. It was spacious and well appointed, with gorgeous views everywhere you look. The kitchen had everything we needed and when the coffee maker went out a new one was delivered within a short time. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the jacuzzi every day. There were walking trails just outside the door as well as some of the best hiking ever all around. We also had a short 10 minute drive to Mountain Village where parking was free and you could ride the free gondola down into Telluride. We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property and hope to be back next summer.

Breathtaking views, lovely home

We had a lovely stay in this home with our three teen boys and my parents. There was plenty of space for us to gather. The views are more beautiful than the pictures can convey, and we spent lots of time on the deck. We appreciated the kitchen, which was stocked with all we needed to cook some nice meals. We also cooked on the grill, which was in great condition. The home is a quick 5-10 minute drive from the parking garage and gondola at Mountain Village, which is the most convenient way to get to town. The only thing I would mention about the sleeping arrangements is that the twin beds were too short for our teens. They didn't let it detract from their enjoyment, but if your kiddos are older this may be a consideration. Overall we highly recommend the home and would love to stay again.
