Ideal for enjoying sunrises and starting the day with a different energy.The dining room has a large glass window, so it is very bright, from the four-seater chaise longue you can also enjoy the impressive views and with marine decoration honouring the seafaring origin of the town, the living room has a 43-inch smart TV, air conditioning, and an electric blind with a remote control to regulate the light we want to enter the room.The bedroom with nautical decor and views of the Gran Canaria summit, has a bed 2.00 metres long by 1.80 metres wide, a smart TV, air conditioning and storage space.The second bedroom, also with mountain views, has dimensions of 2.00 metres long by 1.10 metres wide, with a desk that allows teleworking.The kitchen is fully equipped, integrated into the dining room and has an oven, extractor hood, combi-type fridge and small appliances and recycling bins. Der Außblick ist ein absoluter Traum. Den Sonnenaufgang zu genießen bei einem Kaffe auf der Terrasse ist top. Man muss aber wissen das schon einige Flugzeuge vom nahe gelegenen Flughafen durchstarten. Uns hat das jetzt nicht sonderlich gestört. Die Einrichtung hat ihr besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Was auch unbedingt überarbeitet werden sollte sind die Schlösser, daran sind wir oft fast verzweifelt, total abgenutzt, man hat sich fast die Finger gebrochen dabei.Die Strandutensillien sind nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Terassenstühle sind auch leicht in die Jahre gekommen, wackelige Armlehne. Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich. Parkplatz war bei uns immer sehr voll gestellt gewesen2 Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden, eine im Wohnzimmer eine im großen Schlafzimmer. Positiv sind die beiden kleinen Strände direkt vor der Haustür.

Finger weg

Nach der Ankunft sahen wir, dass sich das Haus in der direkten An- und Abflugschneise des Flughafens befindet. Alle 2 Minuten kam ein Flieger so nah vorbei, dass man quasi die Flugzeugnummer lesen konnte - eine Katastrophe. Und sowohl der Ort als auch die Wohnung haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Und direkt hinter dem Ort beginnt das große Gewerbegebiet, das zum Flughafen gehört. Wir können nur abraten. Wir haben uns direkt eine neue Unterkunft gesucht und keine einzige Nacht dort verbracht.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht

Insgesamt waren wir wirklich sehr begeistert, sowohl von der Möbel-Ausstattung als auch von der Sauberkeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Nutzung der Geschirrspülmaschine gestaltete sich etwas schwierig (aufgrund der Enge zum daneben befindlichen Schrank, aber darüber lässt sich hinwegsehen). Außer einem Wischlappen und einem Geschirrtuch fanden wir alles nötige vor. Die zwei Induktionsplatten funktionierten nicht mit allen Töpfen. Das stellte uns vor eine kleine Herausforderung beim Kochen. Ansonsten war weitestgehend alles vorhanden. Die Aussicht war sagenhaft und bescherte uns wundervolle Sonnenaufgänge. Einzig der Fluglärm war zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wer Flugzeuge liebt...und deren Abflug in regelmäßigen Abständen....der hat sehr viel Freude in dieser Ferienwohnung. Weitere Pluspunkte sind die Nähe zum Strand und kein Massentourismus.

Très beau séjour avec du mouvement de plongeurs et baigneurs à cette belle petite plage. L'appartement bien orienté pour le vent et l'atmosphère agréable du lieu. Léger inconvénient pour le stationnement le Week end mais bon ca va.

Helle Wohnung mit Meerblick

In dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage direkt oberhalb der kleinen Bucht Playa de Tufia haben wir erholsame Urlaubstage verbracht. Insbesondere das Frühstück auf dem sonnigen Balkon mit Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen.

Mehr Meerblick geht nicht

Schöne Wohnung mit wirklich sensationellem Meerblick vom Balkon und aus dem Wohnzimmer. Hier haben wir viele schöne Stunden am Tag und abends verbracht un deinfach nur den Ausblick und das Rauschen des Meeres genossen. Die kleine Bucht und das dazugehörige Dorf lassen einen komplett vergessen, dass man sich auf einer Touristeninsel befindet. Etwas an der Idylle haben uns die Flugzeuge des nahem Flughafens gestörrt aber auch daran hat man sich schnell gewöhnt und Nachts war eigentlich gar nichts zu hören. Dadurch, dass es in Tufia keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt, braucht man auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
