Déception.

Nous qui comptions sur ce séjour pour nous reposer en famille, le logement ne nous l’a pas permis. Un séjour préparé depuis des mois, plusieurs heures de route avec de jeunes enfants pour une telle déception C’est un logement avec un grand potentiel mais quel dommage ! 1) La piscine impraticable. Son point fort, la piscine, n’était pas praticable (vert fluo, avec des détritus naturels) et aucune info n'ayant été communiquée, nous l'avons découvert à notre arrivée. Malgré la réactivité de la compagnie responsable, le problème n'avait pas été résolu. 2) Hygiène et ménage douteux Un des canapés a été trouvé plein de miettes de gâteau. Le lave vaisselle était encore plein, notamment de couverts avec de la pâte à tartiner. Sans compter les attrape-mouches qui n'ont sûrement pas été changés depuis des mois qui laissent une belle vue dans le séjour et la cuisine. Des chambres assez poussiéreuses et idéales pour les aventuriers : vous dormirez au côté d'araignées, ferlons et cafards. 3) Des services peu professionnels Les poubelles n'avaient pas été sorties et s'accumulaient derrière le portail. L'eau chaude non fonctionnelle les 12 premières heures. Conclusion : Une réactivité appréciable de l'équipe qui ne peut compenser les trop nombreux défauts, souvent inacceptables, du logement.
