Breakfast buffet very good. Spa area in need of refurb, gym decent but needs a clean up. Weather was very windy and didn’t use the pool a lot but looked nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable, kitchen with basics for hob cooking Breakfast was ample and fresh Gym was good, lots of equipment and space, tennis ans padel courts available which we didn’t use, and table tennis and pool tables available. We had our bikes in boxes and staff were very used to seeing cycling visitors. Easy to set up bikes outside, store boxes in luggage room and keep bikes in room. Very happy so far and coming back for another trip next month!

Room we had overlooked the pool and had a separate living room/bedroom/kitchen and bathroom which we felt was the best accomodation we have had from our many stays in lanzarote .I felt the food was not a 4 star standard ,chicken wings and drumsticks mainly only once chicken breast.A lot of pork and fish and a distinct lack of labelling of the food.

Lovely friendly hotel

Stayed here for 3 nights with friends & had a fantastic time. I was a bit worried as some recent reviews weren’t very favourable however we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was massive & had everything we could possibly need (except tea & coffee) It was spotlessly clean & had a great view of the pools. There was always plenty of sun beds & the heated pool was a bonus. Cocktails were great although not masses of choice, food was really good & the staff were very friendly. We would definitely be happy to go back.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff were really nice and helpful. Food was decent with a reasonable variety. Pastry chef was excellent, as the fresh croissants and pastries in the morning and cakes etc. were very tasty. If I was to find any negatives one would be that the evening music volume was unnecessarily loud, especially for children, so we had to move to the back of the bar and away from the stage area, also local shops were a little bit of a walk away. Many thanks to the Hotel and staff and I would stay again if I am in Costa Teguise.

Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable.
