In the middle of the Tecklenburg old town lies our apartment complex with 4 modern apartments of 30 / 40m². The apartments are basement apartments in the basement of the local supermarket, but with large exterior windows and partly with a furnished terrace. Each apartment has a large living room with satellite TV / radio, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchenette and modern bedroom. The apartment 1 has a living room / bedroom, no separate bedroom and no terrace (total living space about 30 m²). There is basically no leasing to fitters.
The apartment features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Schöne Wohnung, freundliche und einladende Rezeption, gute Lage

Dieser Wohnung (Nr. 4) hat nur einen Nachteil: Sie befindet sich direkt unterhalb des Lagerhauses des Supermaktes, das sich direkt über dem Haus befindet. Das bedeutet sehr früh (06.30 Uhr) Lärm aus der Versorgung des Ladens. Das Haus liegt zentral in einer schönen Stadt mit vielen schönen Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
