Overall good. Room clean and well appointed. Did book for 3 people and only got 2 sets of towels, but other than that overall good service.

Overall had a great stay; excellent service by staff member on duty; very helpful assisting with a phone charger when I'd left mine behind at home. A couple of things broken in the room that will need attention. Balcony could do with a spring clean and outside guttering leaking badly. However, overall, very pleased with property.

Easy communication with staff regarding late check in. Location good. It was clean and had everything you needed. Bed was to hard unfortunately. Parking very cramped and narrow for larger vehicles, we opted to rather park on the road. Overall stay was good.

We were early for check-in, not a problem would you like to see the rooms available and choose your favorite, they aren't ready yet but i will contact as soon as the one you choose is so you can pop back and unload your stuff. We chose a sea view even though it didn't have the spa bath we originally thought we wanted. We slept very well on the bed, the cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Only bad thing is the towels are getting tired

The staff was excellent; very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit was tired. The furniture was beat and needs to be replaced. The carpet did not feel clean and the patio was filthy. Also, there is a lot of construction immediately surrounding the building. Not the fault of the hotel, but not expected.
